It's quite promising. You have to be a Sky sports and/or Sky movies subscriber to access the content. But you can download movies onto your computer legally with DRM all over them. They last for 30 days. The quality is a bit pants, but as more people get onto faster download speeds ie 8mb-24mb depending on your line distance from the exchange. Then the quality will probably improve.
The Sky Sports bit is a bit rubbish, just clips of interviews and stuff from Soccer AM or whatever it's called.
You'll have to register via www.sky.com customer zone thing, and you'll need the viewing card number for your main box (it's on the side where the chip is on the card).
