The Sun has a new Doctor Who Rumour

All you all seated ? Got the squee tissues at the ready ?

Well then i shall begin....

According to the sun, John Simm is being lined up for the role of the Master. Who according to the Sun will turn up at the end of series 3.
This could be a load of tosh, but it's the first proper rumour the sun have had in ages. It seems more credible than the Rani story anyway.

I can just see Mr Simm saying "I am the Master and you will OBEY ME!" while twirling his goatee around....

Hopefully it's true. Though the amount of "Noooooooooooo RTD hates the master, he ain't bringing him back" posts on OG is quite amusing. I think it would be cool having David Tennant and John Simms acting off each other. Though i still reckon Anthony Head would have made an excellent Master!
The Doctor needs a foe, cos they may not have Daleks next year (depends on how well the talks with the nation estate goes i guess, they'll probably want more cash).
