I've only been able to do short walks in the last few days as i have neck and leg troubles (which means no seeing sho this weekend). Though i have ordered myself a new tripod, so that should reduce my neck problems a bit.
I have got an account there, but i prefer flickr for sharing my photographs as i'm a member of a few groups there and every so often i add some of my pics to the group pools.
Have you tried Yoga? I know it might seem silly, but after I started doing yogo on the Wii Fit I did not really think there was that much of a difference, although my scores were getting higher. Then yesterday I decided to take a day of and rest my muscles, I thought they were sore from the Arobic excecise. My muscles did stop hurting, but my back did not feel quite as good. Just something to think about.
