I thought i'd die before i got to the Nuffield hosptial. I had an appointment at the orthics department, about my super flat fleet aka arches are Kaput. I'm getting some groovy new shoe insoles, which will have a bit of foam at the front to cushion the front of my feet. Nerves that go from my toes keep firing off, causing a sensation of pain shooting up my feet.
I walked all the way from the city centre to the Nuffield which sits on top of a hill, so that was probably a 1 or 2 miles. I caught the bus back home though, as my feet were killing me after the orthics person Nina had finished fiddling with my feet. I had to plonk my feet into some pink foam which moulded itself to the shape of my feet.
