Did you know that Joesf Stalin was Time Magazine's Person Of The Year for 1942? Just for reference, George W. Bush holds that title for 2004.

Well thats no surprise really. Stalin was the first politician/dictator to use the media to his advantage. In Stalin's case getting an actor who looked like him to act in propaganda films. Stalin was pockmarked apprently.
