taperoo2k at 04:17pm on 24/03/2005I feel better, i was going to buy firefly on dvd. But i thought sod it and went for a walk in University parks.
I'll take some pictures from there in the summer time (i'm taking my nephew there).
It's rather peaceful the further you go into the park. Oxford has a lot of places that make you forget you live in a town.
One of the many reasons why i love living in Oxford. I think in the next couple of weeks i'm going to take Joshua to Shotover and the sandpits i used to play in when i was a younger. Well thats a lie. I play in the sandpits whenever i get the chance hehehe.
They are natural sandpits with water running throughout. You can build little dams and stuff.
And no i did'nt get Firefly on dvd, as i got lost on one of the paths. I don't usually venture that far into University parks. I just like sitting on a bench listening to the sounds. But today i decided to go in a bit further.
I used to know that place like the back of my hand. My dad used to take me there when i was younger and before i lost intrest in chasing insects and turned my attention to other things.
